Bakery

Established in 2010 the bakery is a community based, community supported, self-sustaining micro bakery which produces fresh, high quality, healthy products.

Our Goal is to:

• Teach valuable baking, business and life skills to the unemployed.
• Create a self – sustaining business that does not require large capitalization and which can serve as a model for other community enterprises.

Items on the Menu:

• Scones
• Muffins
• Cup Cakes

Currently two members from Zandspruit Informal Settlement benefit from this initiative on a full time basis.
